Iranian artist Ali Chitsaz finds painting a form of escapism and his narrative images of the "Mullah" allow the artist to openly share his views of the military and religious officials. As with all of his work, he uses humour to approach issues of corruption. This image depicts the “Mullah” puffing on a crack pipe which has been personified in the form of a police man.
